Our Makalo swimwear suits made up of a combination of polyester and spandex.

What care should I give my swimsuit?

Taking care of your swimsuit is very important for it to last as long as possible. These are some important points that you should keep in mind:

• Do not iron.
• Hand wash with cold water.
• Let it dry naturally with indirect sunlight.
• Make sure there is no sand left in the garment
• Do not dry clean, or wash with warm or hot water.
• Store in a dry place where air flows frequently to prevent moisture from accumulating on clothing.
• Do not leave it in direct sunlight, as this may deteriorate the textile and cause the color to fade.
• Never wash your suit in the washing machine, even on the delicate/hand-wash cycle.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Once you have placed the order no cancellation or modification can be made

I have received my order wrong, what can I do?

If you received the wrong item, please email info@makaloswimwear.com with your order number and an image of the incorrect item (s) so we can organize to have the correct items shipped out.

I ordered a piece Made to order, when can I expect to receive my items?
Since we will place your order, you can wait for your order in a time of 12 to 15 days after the shipping email confirmation.

I ordered an article on Made to Order, but have changed my mind. Can i cancel?
No. We are unable to cancel any orders, however we can edit your pre-order for a different size / style.

I ordered a Made to Order item but it is taking too long. Can i cancel?
Items that are in Made to order will have an estimated delivery time. Due to the pre-sale nature of such transactions, you should expect a possible delay between the purchase of the product and its actual delivery. Delivery times are only estimates and are subject to change without notice. Our customer service team will be in touch in the event of an unexpected delay with your order. Standard return policies apply to all Made to Order. Please note these conditions before placing a custom order with us. Please kindly remember that we are proudly not fast fashion.
