We ask that you consider your size and style before committing to a purchase. This includes any purchase that uses a discount code as part of a sales promotion. These are our return policies, for us it will always be important to be able to help you as long as our established return policies are met.
- You must first complete the online return form in the next section within 30 days of receiving your order confirmation. Returns will not be accepted outside this period.
- Please note that we do not offer refunds for returns. *
- The customer must cover the costs of sending the return both to our facilities and the resending of the new item or the same. We recommend that you send returns by registered mail and make a note of the tracking number, as we cannot send any replacements until your package is received.
- MAKALO is not responsible for lost or damaged returned items. PALM reserves the right to deny unauthorized returns that do not comply with or follow our return policy and procedures.
- All items must come with their respective labels and must not be subjected to washing, use or alterations in their original condition. These products will undergo a detailed inspection upon receipt. If these terms are not met, the change will be automatically denied.
- Protective accessories cannot be changed for hygiene and safety reasons.
